You have probably been hearing a lot about MMA or Mixed Martial Arts training, as used by UFC fighters. This combines a variety of styles that appeals to a larger audience.
It was incredible to have the Northcutt siblings here at the studio showing off their moves. These siblings have won more Black Belt World Titles than any other juniors in history.
