Evin Thayer Studios Child Model Search Contest
Official Rules
Sponsors: Evin Thayer Studios, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neal Hamil Agency
1. Eligibility: Child must be between the ages of 1 year to 17 years.
2. Three winners will be selected, one from each age group:
Group A = years 1 through 5
Group B = years 6 through 12
Group C = years 13 through 17
3. PRIZES
Each Winner will receive:
• Recognition on the following websites: www.EvinThayer.com, www.SaksFifthAvenue.com, www.NealHamilAgency.com
• A full modeling scholarship with the Neal Hamil Agency
• Selected models will appear in Evin Thayer Studios advertisements in Health & Fitness Sports and Houston Pet Talk magazines.
• $100 gift card for Saks Fifth Avenue
4. Saks Houston to host the winner announcement party of the Evin Thayer Studios Child Model Search competition in their Children’s Department on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 1:00 PM. At the announcement party, Saks will provide (1) $100 gift card to each of the three winners along with (1) $100 gift card as a raffle item during the event.
5. Entry Fee
There is an entry fee of $99.00 plus Texas Sales Tax. The entry fee of $99 includes a full creative studio photo session and two photo images size 4×6 headshot and 4×6 full length. (Additional images can be purchased from our children’s portrait price list.)
6. Contest entries and photography session must be completed from June 5, 2012 through July 31, 2012. The sooner you enter the more exposure you get for online public voting through Evin Thayer Studios Facebook Page.
7. Contest Judging will be done on Evin Thayer Studios Facebook Page. Get your family and friends to vote for your child! During the voting each photo will be posted with a number and the public will be able to vote for their favorites by clicking “Like” on that child’s photo. Voting will end at 5:00 PM on August 3, 2012.
8. Evin Thayer Studios will obtain a signed consent and release form from each child’s parent or guardian at the time of the photo shoot.
